Outer Layers: 1.6mm GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester) fibreglass, chosen for its toughness, impact resistance, and long-lasting finish.
Core: High-strength XPS (Extruded Polystyrene) foam—25mm thick in side and back walls, 35mm in the front and roof. This closed-cell structure delivers superb insulation and rigidity without absorbing moisture.
